3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are governed by the terms of the applicable payment method. Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process and may take a designated amount of time to process. Transactions may be suspended or cancelled if money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is suspected. Promotional bonuses require specific wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal, as detailed in the bonus policy. In cases of fraudulent payment activity, the account will be suspended and applicable legal action will be taken.

4. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

Colluding with other users to gain unfair advantages, as well as collusion or match-fixing, is strictly forbidden. Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform will result in account closure and may lead to legal action. Harassing other users, using offensive language, or engaging in hateful behavior is a punishable offense. kevin hart reserves the right to investigate any account and close it if deemed necessary.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the kevin hart platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, and designs — is the exclusive property of kevin hart or its licensors. No content may be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Reverse engineering any part of the platform or attempting to extract its source code is strictly prohibited. Limited access is permitted for personal, non-commercial use, but this does not grant any ownership rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kevin hart is not liable for any loss arising from technical errors, server outages, or third-party service failures. The platform bears no responsibility for any financial loss caused by a user's internet connection or device issues. Winning or losing in gaming and betting is entirely at the user's own risk and responsibility. While kevin hart strives to keep the service available without interruption, temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi law.
